Q: How much does one of your handmade wooden kitchens cost?
A: There are a number of factors that influence the price, such as the size of the kitchen and the materials used. Every kitchen is unique to us and can range from £15,000 upwards depending on your specification. |

If I am interested, what happens next? |

- Please contact us by either email or telephone to arrange an appointment to discuss your needs.
This initial meeting will be between Andrew James and the customer to discuss outline requirements
and budget.
- We will then visit your home to take accurate site measurements, get a feel for the surroundings and architectural influences etc and discuss the brief in more detail.
- We will then use our state of the three dimensional computer design program to design an initial plan before arranging a second meeting with the customer.
- We will then present this plan to you at our studio where any amendments can be made if necessary.
- Once a suitable design has been agreed we will then provide you with a quotation
- An initial deposit is required to release scale drawings of your new wooden kitchen and secure an installation date.
- We will then manufacture your bespoke furniture at our premises where the customer is more than welcome to call in for a coffee and see their hand made furniture being created by our skilled craftsmen.
- Your bespoke furniture is then delivered and installed by our fitters to the highest possible standard.
- There will then be a final inspection by Andrew James to ensure that all aspects of the project have been completed to the highest possible standard.

Q: How long will it take to fit our new bespoke wooden kitchen?
A: This takes, on average, 2 weeks plus the time involved in other building alterations, electrical, painting and tiling work
Q: What are your leadtimes?
A: This is approximately 10 weeks but this can vary
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: We ask for a 25% deposit, 50% upon delivery and 25% balance upon completion. |

Q: How far do you travel?
A: The majority of our kitchens are installed in the South West, in Bristol and throughout Somerset and Gloucestershire.
However, we have completed a number of projects further afield.
Q: Do you supply appliances?
A: We can supply most brands of appliances, sinks and taps and can advise on floor and wall tiles.
Q: What types of wood do you use?
A: We can buy almost any timber you require, the most popular being European Oak, Ash and Walnut.
Tulipwood is predominantly used for all painted kitchens.
Q: What type of kitchen worktops are available?
A: There are numerous materials available to compliment any kitchen including the most popular one of them all which is Granite. Solid timber worktops are also popular choices.
